Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

If the shop is in 'Vacation' mode, the amended processing times will be clearly stated on the website's announcement bar.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please note, as we aim to have orders processed efficiently, all sales are final and no cancellation for any items will be accepted.

 

Letter Mail Shipping

Select lightweight, flat items are eligible for Letter Mail, an untracked and cost-effective shipping option. Orders containing up to 10 qualifying products may be shipped using this method.

Please note that Letter Mail does not include tracking and is recommended only for low-value, non-fragile items. If you prefer tracked shipping, we recommend selecting a tracked letter or parcel option at checkout.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

For Domestic standard post, once the order has been dispatched via letter post and it will take up to 2-6 business days to arrive. If you're located within Victoria delivery will take approx. 2-4 business days. Interstate orders will take approx. 3-6 business days. You can use this tool to get an estimate on the expected delivery date, based on your order dispatch date.

If you have selected Registered or Tracked post, you will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. The above expected delivery dates still apply. Within Australia, Registered post will require a signature on delivery.

If you have selected Express post, once the order has been dispatched via letter post and it will take up to 1-4 business days to arrive. You will also receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. 

We offer free shipping on orders within Australia over $150 AUD. Free shipping is not valid in conjunction with discount codes. Orders below this threshold will incur a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

In the event of non-delivery of an order for which Registered, Tracked or Express post has been selected, the circumstances fall beyond our purview. Please contact Australia Post directly for assistance in locating your order. Should the situation arise where the order is undelivered and subsequently returned to our facilities, we will issue store credit of the order value, exclusive of associated shipping costs. 


International Shipping

For International standard shipping, once the order has been dispatched it will take up to 15-30 business days to arrive. Please note delivery timeframes are estimations and overseas disruptions can result in deliveries taking longer than usual. You can use this tool to get an estimate on the expected delivery date, based on your order dispatch date.

If you have selected Tracked post, once the order has been dispatched via letter post and it will take up to 5-9 business days to arrive. You will also receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

During promotional periods we may offer Free Shipping on international orders within the US, Canada and New Zealand over $200 AUD, excluding orders bulk orders over $500 AUD. For orders over $500 AUD, shipping rates will be applied based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Please contact your local postal service directly for assistance in locating your order. Should the situation arise where the order is undelivered and subsequently returned to our facilities, we will issue store credit of order value, exclusive of associated shipping costs. 

We’re offer international shipping to selected countries; however, not all products are available for delivery outside Australia. Certain items may be excluded due to customs restrictions, product size, or packaging limitations. If an item in your order cannot be shipped internationally, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative or issue a refund for that item.


Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.  These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding these fees before placing your order.

 

Customs, Duties and Tariffs (for US and International Orders)

Orders shipped outside of Australia to the United States, may be subject to import duties, taxes, or tariffs. These fees are calculated and charged at checkout based on the destination country’s import regulations.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all applicable customs duties and taxes have been included in your total payment. Happy Mail Studios is not responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed after checkout or for delays caused by customs processing.

 

Customer Responsible for Return to Sender (RTS) Costs

If an order is returned to us as 'Return to Sender' due an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. 

Alternatively, if the customer prefers a refund instead of re-shipping, this will be issued as store credit, with the original shipping fee deducted from the refund amount.

 

Product Availability – UK & Europe

Certain products offered on our website are not available for purchase or shipping to the United Kingdom and Europe due to the complexities of VAT regulations. We reserve the right to restrict sales and shipments to these regions at our discretion.
